Инструкция по выполнению работы
На выполнение проверочной работы по английскому языку отводится один урок (не более 45 минут). Работа состоит из 4 заданий.
Ответы на задания запишите в поля ответов в тексте работы. В случае записи неверного ответа зачеркните его и запишите рядом новый.
При выполнении работы не разрешается пользоваться учебниками, рабочими тетрадями, справочным материалом.
При необходимости можно пользоваться черновиком. Записи в черновике проверяться и оцениваться не будут.
Советуем выполнять задания в том порядке, в котором они даны. В целях экономии времени пропускайте задание, которое не удаётся выполнить сразу, и переходите к следующему. Если после выполнения всей работы у Вас останется время, то Вы сможете вернуться к пропущенным заданиям.

A Trip to Berlin
Dear Natasha,
I’ve just returned from Berlin, the capital of Germany. The city is modern, but it also has a long and interesting history. On the first day we visited the Brandenburg Gate. It is one of the most famous symbols of Berlin, and many tourists were taking photos there.
The next day we went to the Berlin Wall Memorial. Our guide told us about the time when the city was divided into East and West. It was very moving to hear real stories of people who lived then.
We also visited Museum Island, which has several world-famous museums. My favourite was the Pergamon Museum, where we saw amazing statues and ancient buildings brought from different countries. After that, we walked along Unter den Linden, a beautiful street with cafés and shops.
Of course, we tried German food. I tasted sausages, pretzels, and apple strudel. My favourite was the strudel — sweet and delicious. The weather was a bit rainy, but we didn’t mind, because there was so much to see and do.
Berlin is a city full of life and history. I hope you can visit it one day too.
