Инструкция по выполнению работы
На выполнение проверочной работы по английскому языку отводится один урок (не более 45 минут). Работа состоит из 4 заданий.
Ответы на задания запишите в поля ответов в тексте работы. В случае записи неверного ответа зачеркните его и запишите рядом новый.
При выполнении работы не разрешается пользоваться учебниками, рабочими тетрадями, справочным материалом.
При необходимости можно пользоваться черновиком. Записи в черновике проверяться и оцениваться не будут.
Советуем выполнять задания в том порядке, в котором они даны. В целях экономии времени пропускайте задание, которое не удаётся выполнить сразу, и переходите к следующему. Если после выполнения всей работы у Вас останется время, то Вы сможете вернуться к пропущенным заданиям.

The Taj Mahal
The Taj Mahal is one of the most beautiful buildings in the world. It is in Agra, India, and was built in the 17th century by Emperor Shah Jahan. He built it as a tomb for his wife Mumtaz Mahal. The Taj Mahal is made of white marble, and it shines differently in the morning, afternoon, and evening light. Many people call it a “monument of love.”
The building is surrounded by gardens, fountains, and pools that reflect its image. Inside there are beautiful decorations with flowers and precious stones.
